Privacy Policy
We collect only what an order, a question, or a newsletter needs. We do not sell personal information.
The short version
The cart stays in this browser until you check out or clear it. Checkout sends the order to Stripe so we can authorize the card. Cloudflare checks that a contact or newsletter form was sent by a person. We do not run advertising cookies. Last updated October 9, 2026.
Who we are
PlugNStay sells guest-power hardware to hospitality operators: short-term rentals, hotels, co-living, and work hubs. This policy covers this website. Questions go through the contact page.
What we collect
Name, email, phone, property type, ship-to address, and the products in an order or a message you send. The cart, stored in this browser so it survives a refresh. There is no customer account. A Cloudflare check that a contact or newsletter form was sent by a person. Basic logs the host needs to deliver the site.
What we do not collect
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use advertising or analytics pixels.
Why we use it
To take an order, confirm it with the factory, capture or release the card hold, and send shipping updates to the email you used. We keep that record only as long as we need it to fulfill the order and answer a question about it.
Sharing
We share the order with Stripe to authorize and later capture payment, and with the factory so they can ship it. Cloudflare receives the human check on the contact and newsletter forms. The company that delivers our email receives the address you gave us, only to send that message. We share information with the service that hosts this site, only so it can deliver the site. We share it if the law requires it. We do not sell it.
Your choices
You can clear the cart from the Cookies settings page. You can ask us to delete an inquiry by writing through the contact page with the same email you used. If you are a California resident, you can ask what we hold, ask us to delete it, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This site is for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
